You're overwhelmed, frustrated, exhausted and downright sick and tired of fighting yourself over your health—you know, when your body tells you one thing and your head says another.  

You’re tired of walking into the gym and doing the same thing over and over because you don’t know what you should be doing. 

You’re ready to figure out what you should be eating to totally kick ass in your body.  

And you’re ready to quit feeling like being healthy is a constant dive into the unknown.

HEY!  I’m Erin and I coach women (and men) who have tried ALL THE THINGS to fix their health and are sick and tired of the fight.  We team up to make being healthy simple and fun so you can feel great in your clothes, strong doing the things you love, eat the cheeseburger when it looks good and feel confident every day. 

Wellness coaching?!?  What???  Why??? 

Yep.  Wellness coaching.  Like back when you played soccer (ran track, played the piano) and your coach helped you figure out where to play so that you could win.  This is kind of the same but all about your health.  I will coach you through all the pieces and parts so you can be a champion of your health and fitness.


Team Work

This is a collaborative effort.  We TEAM UP and work together on all the parts of your health you would like to change (or quit struggling with). 

We work together in a few different ways:

We connect on zoom on a weekly basis (the first two months) to identify issues you would like to focus on.  We start with a mastermind session to get a clear picture of what you have been struggling with, what you would like to change and what steps you need to take to quit fighting the fight.  We continue to meet for 6 months, cutting the sessions down slowly as you build the toolbox to totally rock your health, wellness and fitness on your own. This is the perfect amount of time to build up some wins, hit a couple ruts and get back on track. 

20 Sessions over 6 months

2 - 90 minute sessions - 1st to plan, 2nd to celebrate 

14 - 60 minute sessions - weekly the first 2 months, spread out over the remaining 4

4 - 15 minute sessions - quick check-ins as the weekly sessions get spread out

Fitness Plans 

We discuss your fitness goals to create a workout plan that fits with your life and will get you from where you are to where you want to be.  Want to run a marathon or have shoulder muscles you’re psyched to show off in a tank top?  I build workout plans that support your goals and will keep you motivated and excited to get your workout in.


I won’t tell you what to eat but we will definitely spend time on nutrition.  We can clean out your kitchen, come up with a meal plan that your family will actually eat or just take some of the confusion out of what you should be eating to feel good doing what you want to be doing. 

All the other wellness pieces

Fun, recreation, stress management, career, sleep, mindfulness, community...the list goes on.  We will make a plan to make sure healthy is fun and if there happens to be some part of your health that is throwing a monkey wrench in your ability to feel great, we will get that straightened out. 

We’re in this together

We build the plan, you do the work, I stand by your side to provide guidance and accountability and offer support, encouragement and an occasional  kick in the butt.
