Work with Erin one-on-one or with a friend or two in a private setting where your goals, lifestyle, and starting point shape the path forward. Every session is designed to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go—with strength, balance, and body awareness leading the way.

Expect a mix of tools—from your own badass body to bands, weights, and more—all grounded in proper form and smart, safe technique.

Two sessions per week is ideal for momentum and results.
