This small group coaching program blends movement, education, and support to help you navigate perimenopause and postmenopause with confidence and compassion. We’ll move in ways that honor and strengthen the female body, explore realistic nutrition strategies, bust myths, and build community along the way.
It’s part fitness, part coaching, and all about helping you feel good in your skin—honestly, joyfully, and with zero judgment.
