FITNESS CLASSES

Join a small, supportive community where fitness is fun, form matters, and laughter is guaranteed. These circuit-style classes are designed to build cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and functional movement patterns—with a strong emphasis on proper technique and injury prevention.

​

Whether you're lifting weights, moving through cardio intervals, or powering through core work, you’ll get a challenging and efficient workout—surrounded by great people (and occasionally a few four-legged cheerleaders).

​

Bonus Perk: Melvin, the Miniature Australian Shepherd, is always present to cheer you on. If you’re not a fan of small, adorable dogs offering moral support, this might not be the class for you.

​

Classes follow the Whitefish School District calendar with sessions offered in the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.


Space is limited to 10 participants.
Pricing varies by session length.

WEIGHT LIFTING GROUP

Learn the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. This small group class focuses on essential movements like squats, lunges, and deadlifts—building a strong foundation for long-term fitness. Perfect for all levels, you'll build muscle, improve bone density, enhance functional movement, and boost confidence—while having fun with a motivating community.

LUNCH BREAK BURN

Rev up your afternoon with this fast-paced, full-body workout designed to fit perfectly into your lunch break. Each session combines functional strength training, heart-pumping cardio, and focused core work-all in just 45 minutes.

You'll boost energy, build muscle, torch calories, and return to work feeling strong and recahrged. Bonsu: Learn easy post-workout refresh tips to get back to work looking as great as you feel.
